Narbada Road is the main road from the city towards the Narmada river. It is a quiet and peaceful, prime residential area of modern colonies and affluent and literate residents, with greenery, open area and posh bungalows lining the streets.

Jabalpur’s first mall and multiplex, South Avenue Mall, already in operation since 2009, is situated on this road, less than half kilometer from Ideal Hills. A bridge on the Narmada somewhere at the end of this road is proposed to be built in the near future which will make this road the second entry to the city from the south.

This area has also proved good as an investment and property prices have steadily appreciated by over 500% in last 6-7 years.

The township is located just off Narbada Road, adjoining Adarsh Nagar Colony, and offers unrestricted views of the beautiful Nayagaon Hills, Shakti Bhavan and the lush green cantonment.
